The conference will bring together clinicians, researchers, managers, patients and others in the Hospital at Home community, to connect, share research and experiences, and learn from each other.

Will there be a discount on tickets for UK Hospital at Home Society members?
Yes!!
As at our last conference there will be discounted tickets available for members of the Society. There will also be 'early bird discounts' for those who book their tickets early.
Can I submit an abstract to the conference?
Yes!
We will be inviting abstract submissions and further information about this will be shared on this page.
We encourage submissions from all members of the MDT, and all members of our Hospital at Home community.
