Helen is a Consultant in Medicine for Older Adults at University Hospital Wishaw in NHS Lanarkshire. She has worked with the field of Hospital at Home for over 10 years, first as registrar in NHS Lanarkshire’s ASSET team, and then as a consultant, leading on bringing Hospital at Home to University Hospital Wishaw. More recently, she has had a strategic role in the expansion of Hospital at Home into the Clydesdale area in 2023. She has a particular interest in the development of Hospital at Home in remote and rural areas and the use of technology and virtual consultations to support this.
