Fran has worked at a local, regional and national level defining proactive ways to respond to pressures on urgent and emergency care services. Through various initiatives she champions a whole system approach to innovating improvements and ensuring delivery of safe quality care. She is currently urgent and emergency care lead for children and young people in the North West London’s Integrated Care System. She is leading establishment of an innovative integrated acute Hospital at Home service for children, called PATCH (Providing Assessment and Treatment for Children at Home), across North West London’s acute and community providers. Fran is also Deputy Director of Innovation and Improvement at Imperial, leading programmes to build learning, improvement and innovation into everything that is done across the organisation. She is a fervent champion of collaborating with patients and citizens to strive to co-produce services that keep safe, quality patient care at their core.
