Eve is an experienced Paediatric Nurse with a background in psychology.  She gained her MSc in Health Psychology in Surrey and then went on to train as a nurse in Leeds.  Eve has a passion for improving experiences and outcomes for children with medical complexity, and has a keen interest in tackling health inequalities.  She has skills in quality improvement, service transformation, and research.  Eve has undertaken the NHSE NEY Future Leaders Programme with a view to continuing her career in leadership and is currently developing a virtual ward strategy for medically complex children with the integration of wider system expertise.
